How To Play

 

  1. Play alone or in a group. The DOC is fun as a regular ritual at home, on a date, or out with friends.

2. Play with the deck separated into its three categories: Characters, Tools, and Places. Or stacked together. Then ask a Question. The most popular is: “What do I need to know now?”

 
 

3. Shuffle in a way that feels natural. Then pull cards at random and flip them over, creating a Formation.

 
 
 
 

4. Interpret. There are no wrong answers. You can look up meanings in the Cards section. When playing in a group, it’s best if the person who asked the question speaks first. Then others may chime in. Enjoy.
